FILLING WITH PERISTALTIC PUMPS The filling system with peristaltic pumps is recommended with the following liquid products: Pharmaceuticals (syrups, etc.) Chemicals (solutions, etc.) Small volume products requiring high filling accuracy High viscosity products (up to 10.000 cps) without grains Description The filling system with peristaltic pumps is especially suitable in the Pharmaceutical Industry both for its extreme filling accuracy and for its filling capacity even with very small volumes. The peristaltic system eliminates the risk of product contamination due to micro-particles. In fact the product flows through surgical tubes – which can be sterilized – thus coming into contact only with the nozzle. One of the key benefits in using this system is the quick and easy product changeover by sterilizing or replacing the tubes. Specifically this last solution guarantees a practical and quick changeover operation . Considered the replaceable tubes are fairly inexpensive, the machine requires a low-cost maintenance. Modular and customized system based on the client’s demands, which can also be adapted for future applications by simply changing the motor head, product pipes etc. Accuracy: the system with peristaltic pumps guarantees an accuracy of 0.5%.
