TIRELLI nasce nel 1957 come azienda produttrice di impianti ed assemblaggi
elettrici.
In seguito l'azienda si dedica alla progettazione di impianti
completi per l'automazione industriale, perfezionandosi nella creazione di
macchine in grado di funzionare sia "stand-alone" che all'interno di una linea
di produzione.

annovera tra i propri clienti alcuni tra i maggiori produttori di profumi e
cosmetici in Italia e all’estero.

The nozzles are entirely manufactured in stainless steel AISI316, and they can be easily disassembled to facilitate the sterilization operation once changing over to a new product. EXTRA The following modules are available on demand: Feeding pump to connect the product hopper of the machine to the customer’s tank. Product mixer with propeller inside the tank. Ideal for mixing viscous products such as creams, gel etc. Compatible C.I.P. System (Clean-In-Place) for the sterilization of the filling circuit through contrast substances. Product heating system: suitable for products to be filled at set temperatures. This system guarantees to increase the product fluidity. Provided with thermostat for temperature adjusting, this system heats up the pumps, the product hopper and the dosing nozzles as well. The product temperature is kept constant throughout the filling circuit Teflon® covering suitable to increase the machine resistance against highly aggressive chemical substances as well as solvents, organic and inorganic products. Ideal for handling solvents, oils, paints and all easy inflammable products. [more info] FEATURES Machine manufactured entirely in stainless steel and aluminum: for maximum durability and resistance to highly aggressive substances. All machine components are installed in a functional way to facilitate the adjustment and/or part replacement operations thanks to the clamp connections and with no need for tools. Safety guards with closed panels in compliance with the regulations. The electric equipment is IP55 protection class. The doors are manufactured of an AISI304 frame with glass or Lexan® (polycarbonate) panels. Lexan ® is an unbreakable material, highly resistant to shocks and high temperatures (up to 130°C). All doors are equipped with safety interlock to immediately stop the machine when safety guards are opened. Electric and electronic components by international brands which can be easily found on local markets. Machine software for control and settings: the software is highly intuitive and provided with a 4-inch touch screen. It displays up to 6 lines, each one with 16 characters of text. The programmable settings are easily accessible by the operator and in multi-language version. The operator can access the alarm timing and modify the default settings as desired. A password-protected section is also included in the machine software, accessible only by Tirelli’s engineers. The alarm messages flashing on the display indicate probable failures and offer trouble-shooting tips to restore a correct machine operation. Quick & easy changeover operations which can be performed by simply adjusting the conveyor guide rails and the height of the filling nozzles according to the bottle size. When changing product simply remove and replace the filling nozzles. No hand tools are required to perform the above operations. High accuracy throughout all filling stages: photo-eyes index the bottle flow to the filling nozzles while pneumatically-operated centering cylinders ensure the bottle stability during the filling operation. The system synchronization is a high-performance guarantee also when connecting the machine to an existing line.
