The TIRELLI team supports customers at every step, from the design of the production line to installation, and continues with optional scheduled maintenance services.

Every customer request is carefully examined from a technical and commercial viewpoint. By analysing the layout, it is possible to evaluate the overall dimensions of the new machine and thus, find the best all-round solution.

The Factory Acceptance Test is always included in the cost of the machine. Customers are welcome to come to our Marmirolo facility to test their own formats and product before taking delivery of the machine they have purchased.

TIRELLI’s technicians are available for urgent interventions and they travel all over the world. It is also possible to schedule maintenance interventions in advance to reduce the risk of accidents.
