COMBINED SOLUTIONS

RECIPROCATING MOTION MONOBLOCK UNITS - SIGMA

TIRELLI monoblock reciprocating motion units combine one of the fillers described with one or more capping machines. The bottles are fed in step-by-step by a star wheel, filled (from 1 to 6 nozzles) and then, capped. It is possible to add a sealing system to this type of monoblock unit.

The monoblock filling unit can be installed on a trolley and the caps can be fed in manually or automatically. Using a reciprocating motion offers a space-saving and extremely flexible solution for low to medium productions.

Spray pumps can also be handled by these monoblock systems.

CONTINUOUS MOTION MONOBLOCK UNITS - MAXIMA

MAXIMA continuous motion monoblock units combine a linear filling system with a rotary capping system. The bottles are transported by a screw during filling, directing them to the star wheel which feeds them into the capping machine where they are capped.

MAXIMA monoblock units offer a space-saving solution for medium-high speeds as well. The filling machine can be installed on a trolley.

ROTARY MONOBLOCK - KFC

The KFC monoblocks combine a net weight filling station with a capping turret, to handle screw caps, pumps or triggers. The KFC monoblocks can integrate a second capping turret to cap bottles with a double closure. These monoblocks can also integrate a rinser to clean the bottle before filling. The ATEX and/or hot filling options are available for special products/environments.

These models can be designed with an anticorrosive configuration or to be suitable for abrasive products, and they reach up to 500 bpm.

LINEAR MOTION MINIBLOCK UNITS

The linear motion Miniblock combines a filling system with a capping station for bottles or jars. The cap can be manually fed (NEBEL version) or automatically fed in case the capping station associated includes a RO capper.
