The machine, positioned downstream of the line, before the case packer, or upstream before the filler, equipped with a programmable electronic cam, processes shaped bottles or with the neck opening in an asymmetrical position and “sorts” them after inspecting them with a vision system, if their line positioning is completely random, so that they all exit in the same position determined by the operator or exit with different and alternate positions according to a predetermined and modifiable layout.

PRODUCTION SPEED UP TO 30,000 B/H

The machine is equipped with a programmable electronic cam and handles cylindrical screen-printed or labelled bottles. By means of a vision system, it identifies a reference to then position the bottle so that a marking system (mainly laser) writes information in a dedicated window. Then a vision system checks the correct positioning and the perfect legibility of the information that the encoder has written.
